We thank you for this order. However, we are obliged to apply strict invoicing conditions. If you have been informed by us that your order is at your disposal, you have one full month to pick it up or to inform us when you will pick it up. If this period expires without us hearing anything from you, SCHEPERS RACING SERVICE bvba will be obliged to pass on the cost of this order to you. Our invoices are payable in cash.

In case of non-payment SCHEPERS RACING SERVICE bvba reserves the right to claim interest on arrears, calculated on the basis of the rate applied by the NBB for advances on R/C on government securities, increased by 2%. Each invoice must be checked upon receipt. If no complaint is received within 7 days, the invoice will be considered as accepted and cannot be disputed thereafter In the event of non-payment within 14 days of the invoice date, the amount of the invoice will be increased by 10%, with a minimum of 25.00 euros, by way of damages without forfeiting the above-mentioned negligence interest. Every contract implies the acceptance of our terms and conditions and the customer's renunciation of his own.

Repairs not collected after 3 months become the property of Schepers Racing Service bvba. The cost of repairs is € 50 excluding VAT (€ 60.50 including VAT). These costs must be paid if the repair is not carried out. These costs will be waived if the repair is carried out or if a new Kart and/or Motorbike is purchased. Any decision can only be settled by the courts of the jurisdiction where SCHEPERS RACING SERVICE bvba is located.
